1. General Policy

Due to the high-value and sensitive nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below. We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any issue.


2. Eligible Return Reasons

We accept return or refund requests only if:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The item received is significantly different from the description
  • The product is defective or non-functional

No returns will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selected, or custom-made/personalized items.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-designed or engraved jewelry
  • Made-to-order products
  • Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging and certificates

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at wuhaibin0038@outlook.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
  2. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for safe return shipping.
  3. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with all tags, packaging, and certifications included.
  4. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed error or damage caused by us.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and packaging proof. For lost parcels, we will work with the courier and insurance provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
